Payment for services

Insight House Chemical Dependency Services, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit corporation which receives state funding. The residential program is a long-term medically supervised program. Payment sources for residential services include Social Security (Insight House will become the Rep Payee) or a County DSS Temporary Assistance case. If an individual is found ineligible for social security or temporary assistance, a self-pay rate will be determined using household income and number of dependents. Health Insurance is recommended for outside physician appointments and prescriptions.
